Julia has dedicated over 30 years to the health, aged and community sectors, holding executive leadership positions in private and non-for-profit organisations.  Julia has co-founded new businesses, achieved significant growth, and transformed services to remain contemporary, compliant, and viable.  She is motivated by service to others, her leadership is grounded in values, and she remains committed to leading, influencing and delivering a better and fairer future for aged care.

Julia leads the operations of St Vincent’s residential aged care and retirement living portfolio nationally. Achieving and maintaining 100% compliance for all services and a 132% CX NPS growth in the last 3 years demonstrates our expertise, care, and attention for those we serve.

Julia co-authored a new care model called Heartprint. Heartprint is a celebration of people, relationships, community and how we care - placing people at the heart of everything we do. It’s showing that people matter more than anything else and it forges a sense of purpose, belonging and connection. Heartprint is the St Vincent’s Care Way, aligned to the new legislative requirements and new person-centred and human rights-based standards.

Julia is part of the St Vincent’s Health Australia team shaping a connected care pathway for older people. St Vincent’s is designing and transforming future services for the older person across hospital, aged care, assisted living and community supported by clinicians with a digital interface and enabled by technology.
